Not sure if this has been posted but last night one of life's true legends passed away.

    RIP Anthony H Wilson

You were someone who made a true difference to a generation and future generations and the world will be a poorer place without you.

Sad news indeed - why is it always Joe Strummer or John Peel and never talentless chancers like Andrew Ridgeley or Pete Waterman? No it has to be Lennon & Harrison while McCartney still large as life knocking out ****.

    Yep, sad news....... RIP

I could never stand Lennon BTW, I firmly believe if he was alive today he'd be a bigger a$$hole than McCrappy.....!

Yes I know what you mean, but given a choice I always preferred the Lennon tracks if forced to listen to the Beatles, hated the solo stuff though.
Probably a better example would be:
Lennon shot six times by deranged gunman, Yoko Ono by his side and not one stray bullet!!

That made me laugh...probably shouldn't have, but it did!

Such sad news about Tony Wilson. A true visionary.
It's unlikely modern indie/dance music would be where it is without his influence.
