    HI, IM ABOUT TO BUY AN A3 QUATTRO SPORT W REG WITH 86000 MILES FOR 6,300.IS THIS A GOOD PRICE OR NOT AND IS THERE ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR TO LOOK OUT FOR? ITS A PRIVATE BUY.THANKS /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

    Oh yeh check for timing belt and water pump. These need changed around the mileage you are at. Can be about 800quid i think.
    Great cars - take time, be patient and get a good one.
    Look on ebay for completed items to see what they have sold for before and check autotrader too. Also the trading post here may have had some too.
    I wouldnt neccesarily go with guide prices as desired models have quite a premium on them.
