Broken rear spring - are BAM rear springs same as AMK rear springs?

Sorry for being thick!!

Car went into the local VAG specialist for a Pre-mot (pleasant surprise, got it free!!)

Mechanic found the wee tail has broken off the N/S rear spring.

I'm going to have both replaced with standard items, search threw up a load of threads about GMBH springs and silver / pink dots.

I noticed some pink dots on the spring that is broken.

Also checked the optionals, does this mean anything? - 1JF = Rear sports shock absorption

Will replacement springs from a factor match or am I best going to the Stealers to get them off the chasis number, what kind of bill can I expect?

I have a full set of 2 front and 2 rear pink dot springs for sale. Will be considerably cheap than new ones and in excellent condition. Pm if you're interested

I went to Audi for mine for the same reason, concern over the specific spring rates, I paid through the nose but just saying they were 4 blue dot springs, and them turning up, was good.

Will the rear springs off his BAM be the same as my 01 AMK??
