Watching this one the news that evening, Mrs jdp asked an interesting question; has he been banned from driving?

I don't know if he has or not but it does occur to me that as he was on private land, he was not charged with a Road Traffic Act offence. As far as I can tell from the report, he was charged with a public order offence. In which case, there may not have been any provision for the judge to order a driving ban.

No he hasn't suffered with an endorsement on his licence. I would have banned him for life just because of the illiterate drivel he posted on Facebook as it shows a lack of development to class him as a human.
