    Sack that off.

Get some S3 carriers, fit plain 312mm discs and the best pads you can afford.

Rears, pretty much anything will do on the A3 setup.

Is it worth changing the front and rear carriers to s3 or just do the front s3 and get some standard discs on the back.

I changed the back as well, but only because they make the car look like Jeremy Beadle compared to the fronts. Made a slight difference, but not massive.

Standard discs on the back, regardless of S3 or A3

Jesus christ don't buy them at that price.

Get some off an s3, dont even need the calipers if they dont have them ( would on the rear, front calipers are same A3/S3)

Lol I didn't see that thought they was 200

what price should I be paying for them seen some rusty looking ones for 125 or
reconditioned for 175 for front carriers and calipers.

also anything you could recommend for pads I have read greenstuff are good.

I agree with the above, get some Audi TT or Audi S3 front caliper carriers.

With the we could supply you with some performance discs and pads but again I agree with the above good stock discs and performance pads.

Stock discs are around £45.00 and some really good Tarox Strada pads £100.80

But after saying all that it really depends on how you drive your car!!

Don't forget brake fluid! Change it every 2 years!! Maybe even performance fluid would give you a nice increase too!

cheers mate just ordered the brembo Max's and picked up a set of rear vented for 30 quid.

also I spoke to bill at badger 5 he said that the rear ferodo pads are only half the thickness they should be so he advised me to gget some ebc yellow stuff on the rear and ferodo ds2500's on the front just gotta wait for it all to get here then I can put it all on and take
    some pics.

Now just need to make the car go fast enough to need all this XD
