Brake warning light

Hi All,
I am getting a brake warning light on the dash. It goes out thren comes back on. I have checked the front and back pads and they are fine with plenty of pad.
Can't understand why its on. I havn't had the car long, so its all new to me.

Any ideas appreciated thanks.

Depends on what sort of Brake warning light.
Could be Brake fluid level? Mine used to come on when going around corners.
