Brake upgrade / replacement

I have a 1999 s4 avant the brakes look like they could do with replacing the pads more than the discs any suggestions for replacements / upgrades and rough costs?

I would say if you can upgrate your brakes that would be great I just fiited a RS4 B5 brake set up and I am very happy with brake power but if you just want to replace the brake pads and disc's then for the pads go for performance brake pads and for disc's just go for standard disc's.

If you want I get 2 rear disc's only 2 months old good as new and also I have front and rear brake pads only 2 months old too and they are Black Diamond Predator Pads 'Fast Road.

Is your car pre-facelift or post-facelift? They had different rear brakes (facelift used vented discs).
