About a week ago the brake pad warning light came on and off a few times so i had a feeling my pads were on thier last legs.
A couple of days ago the warning light came on and stayed on, so today i fitted new pads all round, even though the old ones looked hardly worn at all!!

Now though the warning light still wont go off, is there something i have to reset or should it of just gone out when i fitted the new pads?

Any advice would be really appreciated:thumbsup:

Well it could be a short in the wire, or maybe ou have mistaken the brake fluid warning as a pad one?

Did the new pads have the warning wires?

Im definately sure its the pad warning, i checked in the manual, unless the same symbol comes up for low fluid also?

I will go and check now, the new pads did have sensors on, i double checked i had connected them correctly as well.

I think the fluid/abs warning is red with solid ( ) round it.

Pad warning is probably yellow and will have broken ( ) round it.
