bov and stronic

is a blow off valve still effective with stronic?

i ask because of the speed at which the stronic changes gears and lets say you are heavily on throttle, will the bov respond as well/same as/better than the diverter valve??

im looking at getting a bolw off valve adapter, so curious to your input
(ps have stage 1 APR map)

Are you on about the forge spacer?

If so, It is still a bit effective but if you want that sort of noise the intake will do it louder and improve throttle response.

The spacer does sound a bit naff if I'm honest. Dont do it....

yeah the forge spacer. do you just recommend the upgraded diverter then with a S1 map?

i am also waiting for a neuspeed p flo kit (somehow the order seems to have been messed up)

As you have a late 8P, the DV is the latest revision. So DV fitted is good mate, arguably just as good as the pretty forge one.

I'd leave that all alone, just get the intake on and youll have all sorts of noises

Vacuum actuated BOV works fine with S-tronic. Be sure to tie the stock DV somewhere and keep it connected to the electrical lead, else you will get a code. On a WOT pull, the car will only drop a couple PSI at most while shifting.
