Been told they could run off the same fuse. Is this the case, or something more serious?

Dead annoying! Only got the car yesterday, reckon the guy before me had a DVD flip out screen in the front (there are 2 screens in the back) and has buggered it up somehow. All the connectors are plugged into the unit, and I cant see any broken wires. Its a concert tape player in an 01 S3.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I believe the aerial gets its power down the coax.

If you play a tape does sound come out of all speakers ie rears and sub?

He probably had a front DVD and needed an aerial adaptor. Is there a strangle connector on the aerial lead?

You can check the connections from the diagram to the top of the radio as I can't remember which wire turns the amp on.

I bought it from a garage, so wont be able to contact the old owner until the log book comes through. Then I can only write to him, and cross my fingers for a reply!

Only one aerial on 8L chassis...on the roof so no need for the diversity switch.
