I can't get the damn thing to work, anyone else had issues?

I speak the name and it just says command not recognised, command cancelled.

I don't know if it's me it can't understand or what's wrong lol

in my car I had to run through the voice training via the MMI

Do the voice training, even then you have to speak slow and clear and not have air vents blowing on high
