Black Optic grill for S3 bumper??

Not long bought a Audi A3 Tdi and im converting the front to the facelift with the big grill. I came across a cheap S3 bumper on ebay, so now im just trying to source the rest of the parts i need for example grills......

I was going to get the standard S3 grill which is chrome and silver but i fancy the black Optic grill (if im right) think it will go well on a red car with tints to get the black and red theme.

Is this only dealer part?
Does anyone know if it dearer than the normal S3 (i can get the standard S3 one for £140 form dealers)
Are there different fog grills to match?
Part number by any chance?
Or any other suggestion?

all fog grills are the same buddy, but i supose you could paint them black if you wanted..

There are part #'s floatin around here somewhere, try a search..

Bit steep aint it!! I thought it would be cheaper than the chrome one! The silver and chrome is £149. MAD!!
