Black edition grill

    Hi I am picking up a white a4 next week and would really like to change the chrome grill surround to a black edition one

    Just wondering if it possible if so where can I get one and for how much

    You will need to remove the bumper to remove the grill and chrome. Audi should be able to supply a black surround, or just go pikey and tape it lol.

    Otherwise get a can of plastic paint and paint it black.

    I've got a gloss black grill from a s line to fit to my SE Technik, and it is deffo something you need to remove the bumper to do, i bet you could tape it wrap it in situ, and save yourself a lot of grief and money!

    The grille and surround are sold as one piece.A pain to split but do able.The black edition grill has several part numbers so a trip to the dealer is in order.

    I stripped one down and it was just 2 pieces and yes it was a bloody pain.

    I want this grill too cost £150 inc vat from dealer. Car booked for leaked fog lamps replacement under warrenty & my good service guy can fit this for free :kiss:.
