Bilstein dampers and H&R springs

I know someone who is selling some Bilstein dampers and H&R springs, originally for an R32. Would I be able to fit these to my S3?

Make sure they are in good condition (not leaking) before putting them on and that there is similar resistance between them all when you push down on them..............otherwise great deal!!
