have you been following the FB discussion on the mani's Dan? Flange port centre mis-alignment is a key factor we think in why some dont work well, and some work........ Inconsistent quality of their head flanges. Hence ported version I have modded for customer LCR here.

There is no margin for hole centre run out where the tube ID is exactly the same as the port ID. Any mis-alignment will block some of the port. May account for what niki's reporting.

I have but to be honest not looked lately, and obviously by the results you have in this one its can be rectified to some extent. I gathered from my last look that the v3 wasn't that much better than the v2 in an unmodified form but by the looks of it with some work it can be made to function respectably, as with most of this it would be interesting to compare the v2 to v3 on the same setup as I'm sure the figures would be better still, shame the v3 is a step back in some respects whilst forward in others.

All said 295 is very respectable and the extra durability the v3 affords over the v2 ( unmodified ) more than makes up for the hand full of bhp loss. Win win all round..

Thanks Bill I realise your busy. I'll try and ring this week but with coming up to year end things are mental at work at the moment.
Its good to see the V3 can work well.
On a side note I ordered some caliper spacer brackets from you for 330mm discs with the LCR Brembos. You haven't got a rough ETA for them?
    Thanks Paul.

Problem is Dan, is Relentless Inconsistent quality.
I have 3 V3 here, none of which align on the had flange, to Varying degree's!! and one V2 which does, and saw a customer V3 on Friday which did align.

How can you deal with something so inconsistent.
    Very Poor imho
