Hi Stacie/Mark well done to get the A3 back on the road, here's wishing many happy years of motoring together! nice to see the A3/A4 family shots.
how much difference is it to drive between the A3 1.8TQ and the A4 1.8T? i know the A4 must be a lot heavier.
all the best
Thanks. I have driven both and I find the A4 alot heavier and bigger (obviously) However im used to driving micras and A3's lol. I find myne responds better when i lob it round a courner but I wouldnt do it quite as fast in Marks (he would kill me) I will get him to dive both in a controled way and get back to you
Hope to see you at castle combe on the 11th im excited
The A3 quattro is heavier.
The haldex system's no lightweight, and it's practically a mini A4 Avant, so more glass area.
You may be right but IMO his car is definatly heavier to drive. I dont like the fact it is so bloody big I never know where the ends are!! Im very happy I have an Audi all of my own even if its a mini version of something else
