B8.5 s4 door card removal

Can anybody point me in the right direction of a how to video or thread on how to remove the front and rear door cards on my s4.

Remove the decorative trim, 2 screws behind that. Remove the trim piece below the armrest, another 2 in there then one at the bottom of the panel itself.
