Hi all,
The car was allowed to run very low on fuel, got to the garage, no Ron 98 so put 95 in 10 miles down the road the emissions control light came on - got to a garage with a snap on code reader and there were two errors "below minimum fuel level" or words to the effect plus a running rich - errors reset and I headed out - about 70 miles in motor way and a road and it came back on. The car is running fine nothing I can feel to suggest a significant problem. I've reset with my code reader and it's stayed off for a local trip of 7 miles or so.
I'm hoping it's just crap in the injectors / system in general - propose getting some Shell V Power in the car plus some injector cleaner - hoping it will clear!?!?
Does that possible diagnosis sound feasible or should I get it to the garage???
