B7 Non-Bose system needs more Bass!

Hi all, has anyone managed to improve the Non-bose system? I'm looking at adding an aftermarket sub to the standard headunit, but not sure what it's going to sound like. Or should i look for a Bose set up & swap it all over?
The non bose speakers aren't the worst. But the sub is pointless lol

I am running 3640 watts oplf power through 2 amps one does just the front at 640w with 300rms 5 1/4 and the rear is 6x9 hidden in the doors at 690w and a 1200w 300rms 12 inch sub and it kick when required

I'll look into it mate thanks. I'm happy with the speakers just not the sub. But i understand the rear speakers are run off the standard amp with the sub.

Yer that's correct so that's why I ripped it all out and started agin
