I'm looking for the label with all the cars spec codes on, On my B6 saloon it was under the boot lines beside the spare wheel.

Checked there on my 2006 a4 avant and there's no sign of it...I don't have the service history book etc at the moment so cant check there.

Any ideas where I will find it....cheers!

On my B7 Avant the label is stuck in the service book inside the front cover. There is a space for it marked in the book.

Thanks adam, I don't have the service history book yet......It was in the boot on my B6 saloon so I'm guessing it is marked somewhere on the on the car for the B7 Avant

Had a look, it appears the rear seat base doesn't lift to see underneath. Hopefully I'll stumble across it.

After a lot of head scratching etc I gave up looking for the spec label,

thankfully the service book and other books arrived in the post today so got all the codes typed into the decoder and now know how it left the factory....nothing I never already knew but there might have been something, so worth checking.
