Back on topic.
Looks a great project. Keep us posted!
I was wondering myself if an RS4 front bumper could be adjusted to fit a non-RS A4.
Where are you sourcing the parts from?
Have Been picking bits up for the last few months of ebay and Local yards to keep the price down got Just about every thing now shouldnt take to long to sort it
liking this already. eyes peeled
Looking forward to this, good luck with the project!
Great project, get plenty of pics up for us Pete.
Thanks will keep you all update with photos and hope you enjoy this little project ð
Welcome to the forum mate!!
Looks like a great project, subscribed and looking forward to updates and plenty of pics!!
What does matter is this guys build thread that's more interesting than what name he uses. Keep up the good work and keep posting pics of the work on this. It seems like I'm not the only one who is very interested in this.
Back to it today going to drill about 300 spot welds out of the quarter lol should keep me out of trouble and if i get sick of drilling there always the front end to work on
Love winter projects.. subscribed...
I will be in touch with Peter about his username, in the meantime I've removed the off topic posts.
sweet lad! be good to see a nice project on here
Know how that feels mate, spent HOURS with a spot weld drill when I was restoring my Cortina a few years back, the finished result is much better than just cutting and using a joggler.
Thats photo of un picked quarter next to line New one up and get welder out ð
Great to see this project progress - Good base model 3.0 TDI excellent....
Yes it can fit seen it done....
Ave been looking for this model at the right price for a long time its 3.0 tdi quattro 6 speed man love the power they have and with the looks of the rs4 al be happy
Have I missed something?
Thread was filled with mods going nuts at him for his name being a supposed violation instead of letting us praise and anticipate this undoubtedly epic project.
what colour is it going to be lol? blue, black white?
Haha i was thinking about white but Its going Sprint blue ð
Pete, is it all body work you doing or will you do other items as well?
Am planning on body work first so all rs4 wings ,doors, quarters bumpers to get her looking nice then see how my funds are lol then upgrade engine with remap ect looking to get it up to 300bhp then brakes and suspenson the list could go on Haha í ½í¸
Not quite correct. One sponsor raised an issue, one moderator resolved it.
Good luck, nice to see a good base to start with instead of a 2.0ltr diesel...
dont see the great fuss in the name tbh. much more to worry about in life than a forum name...
And one veteran member missed all the excitement.
That's looking good already. Where are you to get bright sunshine like that in December?
Thats one side done quarter in primer The weather not that good up here its been nice and bright not a bad day still cold though its my Camera flash Haha
Front bumper and Grill thanks to ebay the Grill was like hens teeth to find
You certainly don't hang around!
Fancy doing a saloon variant? Looking good! My car has the colour but that's as far as it goes unfortunately haha. Still get some people asking if it's an S4 or an RS4. The look on their face when I tell them it's a diesel...
Once i start a project i like to crack on with it lol Its not two hard of a job once you get into it but Ave had a few years practice
