Hi, soon i will need to change my aux belt and tensioner as its rather noisy and the belt looks like its seen better days. Ive heard that the front end needs to come off to do the job.

Question is.........does it? Could i chance doing it by leaving the front end complete? (rads, slam panel etc.....)

yeh, replace two of the bolts with a length of screwed rod, and the panel just slides forward a bit and sits on the rods.
