Automatic on-off low-beam s3-2009

Is it possible to code with VCDS, that it will automatically switch off and on low beam at position 0 or =D symbol
Now i have to turn it on and off everytime. Otherwise, it glows when the car is off.
I live in Sweden and here its very dark this time of year

you mean to have the xenon headlights come on automatically? you can retrofit auto lights which will do this for you...

on pre-facelift cars when the car didnt have DRLs we could code it to turn the headlights low beam on as a drl but as you have put up a picture of the facelift switch you cannot do that.

ive retrofitted the auto lights without swapping out the screen , just need a nice cover for the back of the sensor found one from a mercedes that with a dremel to slim it down would have been perfect, wife didnt know what it was for so binned it .Also used original bracket for sensor glued to screen but used the golf mk5 sensor just above the mirror behind the tint . with a piece of black vinyl cut to the shape of the bracket . recoded the hex values to 10% difference so that the lights come on at dusk ,not halfway through the day .
