Auto lights

I have a light switch that has "0", park lights and all lights. Is there a way i can make the lights come on when i turn the key automatically? As of now i have to turn the switch everytime i turn on or off the car. Sometimes i forget to turn them on so if it is an easy mod to make them come on when i turn the key, i would like to know. Have searched a bit around, but cant find a simple way to do it, maybe there is no easy way?

You'll need he sensor which is in the rear view mirror I think.

Don't think it is as simple as changing the switch unit.

Are you referring to daytime running lights, rather than retrofitting auto lights? You can set the DRL to be dipped beam which automatically switches on and off with the key.

You can code the car via VCDS to have the lights come on all the time as soon as the car is started, think you need to change the light settings to Swedish

Code for scandinavian countries with VCDS. PM me, I am norwegian and can help you out. The switch with auto setting is used with light sensor installed, to auto switch on lights based on lightning conditions. I have done this retrofit btw =)

I dont have VCDS, nor do i have easy access to one, im living nearby Drammen btw. But if all i need is to reprogram it, im sure I'll find a way. Thanks for answer guys.
