Have been doing a little research into DPF/EGR deletes and came across this piece on the internet. Auto Express were asked about the validity of vehicles that have DPF's fitted.

'Auto Express were sceptical that a car could remain roadworthy and legal with having the DPF removed, but a spokesman for VOSA told Auto Express......" Theres no specific reason for an MOT failure/rejection for a missing Diesel Particulate Filter. The outcome of the test will be the outcome of the emissions test "

So there we have it. Straight from the mouth of VOSA.......Deleting the DPF shouldn't be a problem when it comes to MOT time.
