    Ok people, i'm Just gauging an interest here., before I go off and buy a bbq and bring to aitp. Will it be a hit? Do people want a bbq there and will bring food? I won't be cooking it cos I will poison you all (having never done a bbq before and don't want you to be guinea pigs cos it will leave the park a huge mess with dead bodies).. I'm also thinking of getting a gazebo etc for shade, incase it is a boiling day like previous years. So please throw in some ideas and I will see what I can do. Cheers

    That's what we normally do - someone brings the BBQ and everyone else brings a load of food for it. Can't remember if Stacey & Mark are coming this year (anyone confirm?) so if not then we'll need a BBQ & Gazebo to hold off the sun/rain.

    Unfortunately Mark and Stacey won't be with us :-( so i've put myself forward to sort out ASN. I'll buy the bbq and you can all help yourselves. Also i'll try and get a gazebo. Any other suggestions welcome.

    flags banners b good I've emailed admin n txt them no reply thas y I was put off from organizing the asn stand coz it'll look a bit pants without them ill prob b camping up on sat nite can't do 4am start again lol

    Cool, it'll be self help bbq, (i could be a euro millionaire haven't checked my syndicate for last nite) if not hopefully the lotto millionaire on saturday, then i'll buy lots of flags of banners lol..) Otherwise i'll ruffle something to resemble and represent ASN. I won't let you down.

    Ok then ASN dedicated folks, any suggestions on parking arrangements?

    Just turn up and park neatly next to each other (no bashing doors of course) or would you like organised A4s/S4s/A3s/S3s etc... throw in your suggestions and we'll organise something..

    Model and year order is aesthetically pleasing but how easy is it going to be to organise?

    I think we should try and park in sections cos that's how I like to see cars when I'm looking round but we'll all be getting there at different times so might be abit of a nightmare to orchestrate?

    The last 2 AITP we just turned up and than parked in lines, it seemed to work fine.

    i recon it would be cool like we did last year where we had all the 8L's together and all the 8P's together and then the rest in neat lines

    you can try organise into sections but truth be told its jus not practictal itll only take one or two cars to turn up late then its all out the window it would be nice to look at all lined up age model and colour all sorted nicely but dont think we can sort it properly

    My OCD is telling me that we should definitely be lined up in model groups. But then I'm not organising it!

    If we have the list of people coming (or planning to come) then we should be able to estimate the amount of space for each model group and plan the area when we get there so that people can just slot into the right space when they arrive. It'll need some orchestrating on the day though.

    I'm proper excited about it, ordered my new Coilovers last night so all being well I should be sat in the weeds.

    Let's be honest, all this planning is too much effort and we'll ruin it, I'll just try and find a space next to my B7 brothers!

    I'll be late too cos I'm having a party the night before and it's over 2 hours for me to get there!!!
