Audi to release 2.00 TFSI 220 BHP

Probably the start of many different turbo's for the 2.00 TFSI range.

Doubt its a different turbo, probably just a remap.

 

slight remap, exhaust and intake improvments will easily give the 220bhp. Probably feel the same to drive as A3 or Golf GTi at 200bhp, the added weight of the A4 with that interior will no doubt slow it down quite a bit in comparison.
Cant decide if I like the effect the front spoiler has had either?????

The A4 is longitudinal layout rather than transverse, so would this allow better ducting / flow for cooling / inlet charge ?.

Nice idea but I think air is routed by a "pressurised" (at speed) airbox. ie that would not be the deciding factor.

Just seen the pics and I think its way too Halfords. Lots of crappy "sports" styling, and only 220bhp? Reminds me of the plethora of A4 1.9TDi's around at the moment with 18" wheels and extra spoilers. And you can have black wing mirrors for no extra charge...
