sometime ago i replaced the standard exhaust system with a milltek system ...
on the standard exhaust system there are some small valves which are supposed to open and give the glorrious v8 rumble
the milltek system does not have these valves so i simply blocked the pipes up believeing them to be some sort of vaccum pipe which opened the valves
they are connected to a piece of equipment which is located under the passenger side cubby hole in the rear of the car ( blue plastic with what looks like 4 spheres connected together )
does anyone actually know what this does ???
if its simply to open the valves on the exhaust i will remove it completely and seal the pipes ...but ive also an inkling it may well be part of the braking system and some kind of vaccuum ????
can anyone confirm what this actually does as it also has an electrical connection also
thanks for the help guys
