With a 4.0-liter twin-turbo TFSI engine that produces 605 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque, the RS 7 performance sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds and reaches a top track speed of 190 mph. The standard eight-speed Tiptronic® transmission provides quick, smooth shifts and allows the driver to choose between automatic modes or change gears manually using the gear level or shift paddles.
