I saw this today also. But it's a bit far-out for my taste.

LED lighting is the way forward for cars, and to be honest I'm surprised it's taken so long to master it. I guess the costs involved limit the availability hence why only the V10 R8 comes with LED headlights as standard.

I think we'll see OLED before long, but not in quite such an outlandish way. We'll see it in a more conventional manner, replacing, adding to and improving normal lighting.

Inside will be cooler, though - lots of low intensity LEDs replacing the fewer higher intensity ones, interior lighting packs will be very nice in future.
