Audi navigation mk2 upgrade

Hi I'm currently upgrading to a double din mk2 navigation unit from a single din , I've done all the fitting just waiting for the navigation rns-e mk2 head unit to arrive but I've found to wires in behind and was wondering if some could help tell me what they are :/ bit worried it's gonna be a nightmare getting the head unit to work
Picture below is the 2 wires that were not in use ?
I'm thinking it might be gps or something :/

Telephone connections by the looks of, the purple connector is phone antenna, was there or is there a hole in the dash or a phone bracket.

That would make sense because the centre console has repair marks where a phone bracket would have sat , I have a bt device which links to my phone would that work with the rns-e or would the wires in the picture wire into the rns-e! Or does the rns-e have built in bt :/ thank you for your help

Can the mk2 unit be coded via head unit or do u need vagcom
