Hi all I'm looking for a lead to connect iPhone to mmi in Audi s3 my 2011
i know Audi have them for sale at £33, but there seems to be lots on eBay for a third of the cost.
does anybody know if the genuine item has top quality cable and connectors or will the eBay items do the job just as well.
    Thanks tommy

Hi, Quick question, I have ordered a car with the Tech pack including AMI; do these cables come as standard with a new car?

    Many Thanks.

Not 100% sure, my brother has a 61 plate A4 Technik from Lex as a company car and it came with one for the ipod and one for usb, so hard to say whether or not they came as standard or whether Lex supplied them.

Audi used to charge for them, silly with £40k cars, now they throw a pack in for free with each new car. the pre 2009 lead wont work in the latest cars, it has to be the one with the blue ring.
