Not even hollis motors (vw) could do it, even they said unfortunately it was audi something to do with the immobiliser i think mate.

I think you can do it on vagcom if you know the immobiliser code.
If not, then you need some other software, which a few people have. There's a company called shark performance who can retreive your immobiliser code and reprogramme further keys if required. Just be warned though, you wanna trust the person who's doing it, after all your immobiliser is pretty much the only thing stopping them from stealing your car!
