    We are currently experiencing a major computer system failure, which is affecting our service delivery. As such our usual response times are being increased.

    We would like to assure you that we are doing everything possible to address this situation and will endeavour to rectify these problems as a matter of urgency. As soon as this situation is rectified we will be in contact with you again.

    They told me they had IT problems in Oct when I contacted them! Must be a big problem! I wonder who does their IT?

    They did ring me yesterday though and check I'd received the info I requested and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. And very nice they were too.
