Audi Concert Settings

I have a 2000 Audi A3, how do you access the settings for the radio?

I mean like going in and changing the gala setting etc, i know on my golf gamma radio you could do it. I've tried holding on the mode button and turning the stereo on, this just displays CONNECT on the screen, i thought it might take me into some settings?
