Spoke to my dealer today - their IT systems are back on-line, so they are now able to register my car and do a private plate transfer with DVLA. Should be picking mine up next week

Uh no mate, its not all back up across UK, its a fecking joke to say the least, they're ditching some systems for new, but ditched before the new one was fully setup, so left a fair few dealers in the big **** aswell as customers, to say the least & without adaption of word its an almighty fook up which has caused me no end of problems.

ah ok so could be telling the truth then, i find it unbeleivable that a company the size of audi can allow their systems to be down for over a week, kind of makes me think i should of gone for the vw... saying that they are all as bad as each other

a week, yeah & the rest fella & not sure if it also affected all the vag brands as they utilise one of the same systems known in circles as dial-a-dog that I beleive has had problems too, one of several systems that went own.

On a good note though, the service desk had it up & running & I suspect sales would have been 1st to be up, so also I suspect should be ok.
