Posting here because I'm at work and it's easier than calling the dealer...

I've go the full Audi Complete package with maintenance and tyres included, and wondered if anyone knows what the process is for having tyres replaced, specifically:

- Do the tyres get replaced at the dealer, or do they subcontract?
- Can I specify a different (equivalent) tyre, e.g. Goodyear EfficientGrip (slightly cheaper) or am I stuck with CS5s?
- How worn do the tyres have to be before they'll change them?

I'd assume it works the same way as a maintained lease contract which includes tyres. My experience of those is that you just go to any approved tyre fitter (all the big players will be) and they send the bill to the lease company.

The tyres will need to be 2mm or under for replacement to be authorised and it'll be for something very similar to the OEM ones, although not restricted to a specific brand/tyre and you can often choose.
