Took the S3 for it's first service today at Stoke Audi (discounted price courtesy of Dave). Got the obliigatory call to say what needed to be done extra - a couple of tyres! I declined and said I would take care of it assuming that they would be stupid prices. When I collected the car, the dealers wer quoting a fitted price of £101 for OE Bridgestone 225/40/18 tyres - fitted. I had been having a quick look around and had found them for £130 per corner if you pre-pay online at Kwik Fit and Black Circles wanted £150 ish. Have to say I was shocked how cheap Audi were.

Thats decent price indeed, I'm a little crazy on tyre prices and you wont get a decent well known brand for under £80-£90 anywhere in a 225/40/18

Hmmm turns out that the Audi dealer was quoting a budget tyre at £101 (Sava something) Ended up ordering Michelin PS3 all round at £144 per corner from ATS which I didn't think was bad. Hopefully will get a bit more wear out of them than Bridgestone OEMs
