Audi Breakers

Hi, does anyone know of any good audi breakers. The nice man at the main dealer was really helpful, but almost gave me a heart attack at the same time.

The part I am looking for is 8A2612065C high pressure PAS hose which will cost 365 flipping pounds!!!!!!!!.....http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/genera...-possible-power-steering-issue-audi-80-a.html

By the way, if anyone wants the part diagrams for the PAS system for an Audi convertible, let me know!

Dude, dont know if it helps, but I got some pipework recently from Norton Hydraulics in Birmingham, they were very helpful and reasonable too.

Maybe worth giving them a call and see if they can help out at all.

get your old pipe off
take it to a Hydraulics place and they will make you 1
i had one made up in sheffield £87 inc vat they needed old 1 for fittinge etc

I couldn't find anything on Ebay so did a search for Audi Breakers. I was getting no joy, but just as I had given up all hope The Parts Gateway: Find A Part who themselves search out breakers came to the rescue. I had a call from VAG specialist Northampton - servicing - repairs - new & used parts - Home who confirmed they had two pipes, but of different sizes. I should recieve the correct part tomorrow for £41. Result...I hope!!!!
