This may differ from 4 cylinder and petrol models but should be similar.
Parts needed;
Air Filter - 059-133-843-B
Flathead Screwdriver
Starhead Screwdriver
Difficulty - 1/10
Time needed - 10mins
Start by getting your air filter;
Now unscrew the two starheaded screws shown below, one of mine was missing.
Now unclip the two metal clips shown
You should be left with this with the cover and ducting removed.
I also removed the MAF for a bit more access, two jubilee clips held this in.
Clean out any debris from the airbox
The red arrows show the screws to be undone to release the filter, the green arrows show the two other clips holding the MAF on

Fitting is reverse of removal.
My filter was changed 14 months ago (25k) believe it or not!! So worthwhile doing yearly.
Easy!!
