Hello

Im after advice. My friend is thinking to buy one of these. there is one with 05 plate with 110k mileage. Is it alot? Anyone had experience with this car? Thanks for any hones output

Well, Those engines in early versions 04-05 have problems with timing chain tensioners. It's pain in the *** to change it as it's located at the back of the engine, so the whole engine have to taken out. Job is simple but the labour will cost a lot. Apart from that sometimes injectors gets faulty due to poor quality diesel but in this country it shouldn't be a problem (unless Tesco's will **** it up again ).
