Audi A6 2007 park brake fault help please

hi all my car has it's mot coming up and my park brake is playing up
Problem is that I can release park brake but when I engage it I have to switch car off and then pull up the switch to engage it also fault codes that come up are park brake module no communication also when trying to get in to the module using vcds that module can not be accessed all help appreciated
I have tried a module from
A 2004 module same issue
Also I have traction control light on after 10mins of driving/car been started

hi do you have the abs light coming on too I have this my A6 2.0T I got my brother in law to bring his mates code reader in and I got a faulty rear ABS speed sensor code is 00287 ABS speed sensor rear right (G44) Sporadic.
Sometimes it comes on abs light and traction control light then the hand brake will stop working and I get a 3rd beep saying hand brake malfunction so I cant use it until I switch the engine off then the handbrake engages.
Don't know if that helps but sounds similar to my issue going to replace it and hope it cures it as I have no other error codes for the braking and ABS system
