Yo! I have one problem. The emissions!!

Ive put a brand new cat on, (which did improve it alot.. ) New lmbda, second hand mass sensor (which isnt the problem as tried with a brand new one and didnt make a difference) New temp sensor, new plugs, new leads..second injectors.. (didnt make a difference)
So yeah whats your thoughts?! Its not having enough air.. and its got to much fuel.
