Audi A3 Sportback 2008 Front Lughts Conversion to DRL?

Hi All,

I am sure a lot of people may have asked this question multiple of times but i have parked my car alongside a new S3 today and the front lights look pretty much exactly the same (minus the DRL - which is bloomin' cool!).

How easy is it to change the front lights to DRL? Also, is there anything else which is required to make the magic happen?

yes! lots of expense.

...Firstly this conversion is a lot of money to complete the approximate total cost is £3000-£5000 if you are paying to have this completed properly and depending on the configuration that your car is currently in...

it'll be cheaper if you can source secondhand parts. otherwise it might be cheaper to sell yours and buy a '58 plate with factory fit.

your better off just buying a newer car to be honest if you really want the LED DRLs... or you could just do what i did http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a3-s3-...ve-done-few-things-what-journey-its-been.html
