Audi a3 8l 2002 ko3 turbo upgrade project

Hi everyone representing Hillingdon here and I am a newbie to this in fact 1st forum .... anyways I have a 02 a38L and had a bit of bad luck were a tree fell on to the front of it and it looked like it had hit a lamp post. Anyway stripped it down and the bonnet the front bumper and cross bar and slam panel all need changing so I thought may as well start the upgrade rebuild any suggestions please

After some research and consideration it comes to 2 options . 1st ko4 upgrade or 2nd ko3s upgrade

Just go straight to K04-23 better top end and more torque down low and that's on stock map.
