Hi all! very new to this site and audi itself, recently purchased a 2004 Audi A3 3.2 v6 quattro and the stereo in it is faulty, the garage i bought it from said they will replace it with a double din headunit but wont be an audi product, now i'm wondering beacuse i have the bose sound system will any headunit work with it properly or does it require special adaptors etc.. to get the sound system working well with the speakers/ sub etc installed in the car??? the radio still works at the moment and the sound is awesome from the bose system, so i dont want to compromise that by installing a brand name double din headunit?? appreciate all the help peeps!!

Just ask them to get another radio of the same & get it fitted/coded in properly, whereabouts are you located?
