Audi A3 2.0t 312mm to 345mm brake converstion....what parts needed ???

As title, am thinking of upgrading from 312mm to 345mm
is there a write up about this?
and what parts needed for the upgrade please?

yeah but all s3 boy's say there crap.lol
cupra R 4 pot's fit also Porsche 4 pots fit with the brackets sold on ebay

S3 brakes are fine. you might need to look at whether they will fit behind your wheels

I have S3 fronts on mine, and i have to say im pretty impressed. I had Porsche Boxter brembos on my Ibiza Cupra, and i think that the S3 ones are on a par if not better!

Am running 18's so i think they would fit fine. just wanted to know what it involves...friend of mine selling his 8p s3 brakes so i wanted to be sure that they would fit with out any mods.

Hello guys,

In order to upgrade from the 312mm brakes to the S3/R32/Cupra you need the following components:

- brake caliper left blue > 1K0 615 123 G
- brake caliper right blue > 1K0 615 124 G
- caliper carrier blue > 1K0 615 125 F
- retaining spring > 4F0 615 269
- brake disc ventilated 345x30 5/112 > 1K0 615 301 M
- splash shield for brake disc left > 1K0 615 311 C
- splash shield for brake disc right > 1K0 615 312 C
- brake pads with wear indicator > 1K0 698 151 B
- hexagonal head bolt M8x12 > N 907 186 02
- brake hose > 1K0 611 701 N
- brake pipe hose from brake hose to piston housing left > 1K0 611 763 A
- brake pipe hose from brake hose to piston housing right > 1K0 611 764 A
- retaining clip > 191 611 715
- bracket for brake hose left > 1K0 611 841 A
- bracket for brake hose right > 1K0 611 842 A

Also these brakes will fit on any A3 that has wheels larger than 16", 17 inch minimum.

I think the S3/3.2 brakes are fine..... Never had the fade and they have lasted 60k miles so far (mainly town/b-roads as well!)

So from that list I take it the callipers from an S3 will not just be a straight swap over? I debated doing this after the remap just for peace of mind (and they look better tbh) when you say Cupra R brakes do you mean off the latest shape of the brembos off the last one?
