I have an A3 which every 300 miles or so plooms out white smoke for 10-15 mins then stops, was told it was the turbo, had this replaced and full service done, about 200 miles later it did it again! Parked it up while it was still doing it, came back 2.5 hours later and it was fine, then did it again about 300 miles later. I've been told it could be the car regenerating as the DPF has been taken off it. Any other suggestions?
