Audi A3 1.6 TDI S-Tronic... revs in 7th gear and fuel consumption

Hi,

I just bought a 2013 Audi A3 1.6 TDI S-Tronic Ambition with few options. I will get it in about 2 weeks, but meanwhile, my main concern is how the 7 speed gearbox works and the consumption of it.

I usually drive at 130-140km/h for cruises (80-90mph)... what are the revs the engine goes at this speed? I found the 6 speed manual gearbox to be great (on a Passat 1.6 TDI 2011).

What is the consumption of the DSG 7speed compared to the manual version?

At 80-90 MPH, I reckon you'll be doing somewhere around 2000 RPM,
