audi 1.9tdi power loss

hello i have a 110bhp a3 tdi when i first start it it looses power as if the turbo isent working no lights on if i then switch it off and restart its fine ? i had a read out done said turbo waste gate relay at fault replaced but no change . also tryed airflow sensor no change some1 must of had this problem lol had a full service aswell no change any idears its doing my head in please help

You really need a boost guage so you know what the turbo is doing.

Could be a number of things, faulty N75, Sticking vanes on the turbo are the most common.

But without knowing how the turbo is behaving pressures wise i can't really advise.
